Times have changed and consumers increasingly believe they are entitled to make complaints and queries to businesses all day, every day. We had a look through some of our data from the past two years to see just how far attitudes towards making and answering telephone calls on Sundays have changed.

We’re publishing this infographic at an opportune time, as the Sunday Trading Act will be 20 years old this summer. In many ways, the ongoing shift towards Sunday calling is reminiscent of the introduction of Sunday shopping laws back in 1994.
