The other advantage of allowing us to run your customer helpdesk is that our call centres operate round the clock, 365 days a year, so your customers can call any time of day or night, at any time of the year, to get their query resolved. For clients based overseas, it also enables them to ‘follow the sun’, with us handling their calls before or after their own call centre closes.
You will have your own dedicated account manager and a team of call centre staff trained to handle all kinds of queries, from placing and tracing orders, through to engineer call out and customer care issues.
Our customer service helpdesk can be integrated with your existing systems, whether it is CRM, data management or a simple contacts database. We can also train our operators to deal with issues that are specific to your business, so you can be confident our operators will be model ambassadors for your company. If you prefer, you can even train the operators who will be handling your calls yourself - either in our offices or yours.
