Our Lone Worker Protection service allows you to not only meet your legal responsibilities under health and safety laws, it enables you to monitor and protect your workers any time of day or night without being on call yourself.

We understand that employees in the field, such as estate agents, housing officers, maintenance engineers, security staff, or conservation officers, often visit unfamiliar or isolated working sites. In order to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act and, most importantly, to minimise dangers and risk, we can provide a rapid response and recovery in the event of an incident. All communication is delivered in real time and can be either via phone, text, e-mail, pager or fax.

The Employee Absence Hotline is a way to ensure that unexpected employee absences do not jeopardise your company or department’s productivity.

Instead of waiting until the start of the working day or shift to ring in sick, your employees simply ring a dedicated employee absence hotline.

At a predetermined time, we then send the HR department or nominated line managers a report detailing any absences. This gives you the advance notice you need to bring in additional cover or rearrange rotas, as well as providing you with an accurate, company-wide record of absenteeism.
