We provide you with a complete team of PA’s who act as your receptionists to manage all your inbound telephone calls.

Calls can either be routed through to a specific department, or to a specified individual either in the UK or abroad.

We can also work to previously agreed scripts allowing your dedicated PA to field and qualify the telephone calls before transferring your client through to you, so only those calls you have asked to be put through to you will be. Telephone messages will immediately be forwarded to your email address and to a dedicated admin area called the ‘Online Office’. If you prefer, your messages can also be sent by SMS.
