The alldayPA switchboard service acts as a live, human, virtual switchboard for your company. It allows us to direct your calls through to an individual or to a contact within any department.
Our technology assigns each individual contact with their own ‘set of instructions’ prior to transferring the call through. We can manage calls for an unlimited number of contacts within an organisation. Our PA’s will efficiently direct every call through to individuals wherever they are; to an office extension, mobile or out of office number.
If you are unavailable, we can send your messages via SMS to your mobile phone or have the call transferred to a colleague. Call logs and messages can also be e-mailed directly to an individual. Additionally, a record is kept of all transferred calls and messages received for the company or department.
