alldayPA provide a HR Absence Line for large organisations enabling your employees to ring in advance to notify you of their absence. 

We will collate a report to be sent to line managers, the HR department and senior managers at 9am each day or whenever your shift pattern begins.  This report includes the employee name, department they work for and how long they expect to be absent for.  This service can be used as a third party record of all absenteeism and enables companies to keep on top of daily absences whilst attending to other business matters.
