alldayPA operates a HR absence line for this organization; allowing employees to notify their team leaders of their absence in advance.  This has enabled the team leaders who are often out of the office to keep track of absences.  alldayPA produce a report on all employees who have notified us of their absence, including their name, department, reason for absence and likely date of return to work.  This report is then sent to team leaders, Senior Managers and HR at the beginning of each shift.
