Your alldayPA Online Dashboard is your way of staying in touch with us on a real-time basis, changing how and when you want us to answer your calls, directly from your PC.
We're one of the few call answering services to provide a free Online Dashboard to all our clients. The Online Dashboard is where you can change your alldayPA call answer settings in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week - all you need is internet access.
The Dashboard is your paperless office, allowing you to make live updates to your availability status (whether you are available to take calls), change how your calls are answered, or alter your contact details. Any changes you make are instantly updated on our system, so our PAs will immediately start using your new information as soon as it pops up on their screen.
Details of all the calls we answer and the messages we take for you are stored for seven years, including the date, time and summary of the message. You can specify which e-mail address you would like us to send your messages to and activate SMS text alerts, so you can stay in touch with your messages even when you're on the move. Your monthly invoices will also be sent to the e-mail inbox on your Dashboard, too, so you always have an online record of your invoice history.
