Our Call Centres

We run our own friendly call centres in the UK. All three are easily accessible, purpose built operations using the latest telecommunications technology.

Sometimes we hesitate to call them call centres, because it often conjures up images of rows and rows of operatives in a 'battery farm' environment. That is not the way we work.

None of our call centres has more than 50 seats and we only employ experienced, full-time call handlers - no students or part-time workers – so we know we can provide the highest levels of call answering service for our clients. Service levels that enable us to answer 98.6%* of calls within ten seconds. And every single call we take is recorded, ensuring total transparency and integrity.

The pioneering technology we use - much of it developed by our specialist in-house IT team - means we can provide itemised billing and collate all your call data into a single spreadsheet and deliver it to you however and whenever you want, enabling you to maintain regular and accurate call analysis.
