We run our own friendly call centres (inbound call centre & outbound call centre) in the UK. All three are easily accessible, purpose built operations using the latest telecommunications technology.
Sometimes we hesitate to call them a call centre, because it often conjures up images of rows and rows of operatives in a 'battery farm' environment. That is not the way we work.
None of our call centres has more than 50 seats
