Our People

All our staff enjoy what they do, and they love call answering for our clients. We are extremely fussy about who we employ and we are fanatical about training.

We only recruit experienced operators who we know can provide the high level of call answering service we demand. We don’t take on temporary staff, part-time workers or students. Every recruit has to undergo a gruelling interview process so we can be confident they’ve got the professional attitude and people skills to succeed as an allday PA.

Once they have joined us, all our operators undergo intensive call answering training with our in-house training team. They then spend up to another four weeks working with an experienced mentor, until they are ready to start call answering for their own clients.

The reason we are so diligent in who we employ is because our staff have to be versatile, adaptable, and be able to multi-task. They might be in a customer-facing role for a major retailer one minute, and receptionist for a city accountancy practice the next.

 

As a corporate client, you will have your own account manager and a field-based account director who will be your first point of contact. They will come and visit you at your premises to get a feel for your business and how it operates, and they will work closely with you to understand your specific requirements and help ensure you get the most from our call answering service.
