Our People

All our staff enjoy what they do, and they love telephone answering for our clients. We’re extremely fussy about who we employ and we’re fanatical about training.

We only recruit experienced operators who can provide the high level of telephone answering service we demand. We don’t take on temporary staff. Nor do we employ part-time workers or students. Every recruit has to undergo a gruelling interview process so we can be confident they’ve got the professional attitude and people skills to succeed as an allday PA.

Once they have joined us, all our operators undergo an intensive training period with our in-house training team. They then spend up to another four weeks working with an experienced mentor, until they are ready to start telephone answering for their own set of clients.

The reason we are so diligent in who we employ is because our staff have to be very versatile and adaptable when they answer the telephone. They might be PA to the managing director of a haulage firm one minute, and receptionist for a city accountancy practice the next.

As an alldayPA client, you’ll have your own account manager who will be your first point of contact. They will work closely with you to understand your business and what you need, and help ensure you get the most from our telephone answering service.
