With our order taking service, we can set up a dedicated 24-hour order taking line for your callers and create a bespoke order form for your products. Each time the phone rings, we will know it’s an order for your company’s products and we’ll know exactly what to say and do.
If you run an e-commerce operation, we can integrate our order taking service with your shopping cart, so if a caller is having trouble placing their order online (or prefers to order over the phone), they can call one of our PAs who will take the order for them.
The order taking service is completely secure. Processed orders are sent to you via an encrypted transfer service and we never store your callers’ credit card details.
