Your ‘Virtual Office’ will allow you to change how your calls are answered, your availability status (whether you are available to take calls) and your contact details.

All your messages taken by alldayPA are stored in your Virtual Office detailing the date, time and summary of the message. You can specify which e-mail address you would like us to send your messages to and also activate SMS text messages as and when you need. Your monthly invoices will also be sent to the e-mail inbox of the virtual office. It is available 24/7 so you can update the information at any time, from anywhere in the world, all you need is internet access.
