Your PA will answer your calls in your company name 24/7. You have the choice to take the call, or ask us to handle the call or take a message.
AlldayPA can work to your specific script allowing your PA to field and qualify the calls before transferring them through to you or your colleague, every call will be efficiently transferred through to you wherever you are; to an office extension, mobile or any out of office number.
If you are unavailable we can send your messages via SMS to your mobile phone or have the call transferred to your colleague. Your messages will also be immediately forwarded to your email address and to your dedicated alldayPA admin area, called the 'Online Office'.
