Our lone workers have to "check in" with alldayPA when they start their shifts and then also check in on the hour throughout their shift which then results in them calling again when our Lone Workers leave to check out. If our lone workers miss a check call then alldayPA call our lone workers to check they are okay, if they can't get through then alldayPA contact us to notify us where we then act upon it. This service is invaluable and allows us to operate lone workers due to the effective monitoring operated by implementing alldayPA's services. As a whole my requirements in terms of how I need the monitoring to perform is rather complex - however alldayPA have made the whole experience of setting up our Lone Worker system extremely easy and hassle free. As with all new things there have been teething problems at the beginning which is expected, however I cannot compliment alldayPA enough for their quick response in sorting out any issues I have had. Above all they are very professional and quite simply I would not use another company for my Lone Worker monitoring needs, due to the effectiveness and the set up ofour Lone Worker monitoring , this has actually increased our workload and seen new clients come on board because of the way we monitor our Lone Workers - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending alldayPA to any company in regards to their Lone Worker services.
