What you’ll be doing

At alldayPA we look after our client’s calls. As a PA, it’s your job to answer them.

You receive full training from our alldayPA academy, so don’t worry if it’s not something you’ve done before.

We specialise in customer service and inbound calls, so you’ll never be targeted on things like sales or speed.

Our PA’s are the heart of our business, so we make sure you’re happy and well looked after.

Who we’re looking for

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked in a contact centre before, we’d rather you have lots of useful life experience.

If you’ve got a background in customer service, or have a successful career in business behind you, you’re the kind of person we want taking our calls.

We need friendly, intelligent, problem solvers who will always go out of their way to help the callers.
