Do all your PAs have
northern accents?

We only recruit staff with neutral accents so your callers won’t know the difference between a call answered in your office and one picked up by alldayPA.

How many PAs
will answer my calls?

We have a team of over 150 staff split between days, evenings and weekends, helping ensure you never miss a call.

How do I divert my
calls to alldayPA?

You can choose to either divert all your calls or just ones that come through when your lines are busy or your line is unanswered. For more detailed instructions, see our welcome pack.

How can I be sure you
are taking the right

We talk with you about what you need to get out of each call and will build you a bespoke script based on the information you give us. You can make as many changes as you need to your script to make sure we get it just right.

Are all your services

Every single one of our packages gives you 24-hour cover, 365 days a year. No matter how much you pay, we give your callers the same treatment at 2pm on Tuesday afternoon as we do at 2am on Christmas morning.

When are you open?

Our service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. But if you want to get hold of our customer service or business development team, they’re here between 9am and 6pm on weekdays.

How do I receive
my messages?

All your messages will be sent to you in real-time, so as soon as your caller hangs up, you know they tried to get in touch. You decide whether you would like to receive your messages via email or SMS so you can stay up to date wherever you are.

Are all my calls answered
by real people?

Every single one of your calls will be handled by one of our friendly and highly-trained PAs. Your callers will always enjoy a seamless, professional experience.
